On Tuesday I’m speaking at the Future Social Media Strategies day of the Future Digital Strategies Summit in London. My slot is in the ‘Building the business case for social media’ session alongside speakers from Expedia and Paddy Power. My topic is ‘How I see it… 10 steps to securing management buy-in’.
