A heartfelt congratulations to Professor Anne Gregory, director of Leeds Metropolitan University’s Centre for Public Relations, who has been appointed pro-vice-chancellor of the university. As Anne says: “This is proof that PR people can get very senior jobs in organisations.” Anne was also the Chartered Institute of Public Relations president in 2004, where she contributed significantly to achieving chartered status.
I’ve known Anne for many years and she is a brilliant ambassador for the public relations business/profession.
