I’ve already pitched Softalk as its products are all specifically developed for small and medium size businesses rather than being cut down or restricted versions of enterprise products, which is what is frequently forced on this sector.
One of its most successful is Softalk Collaboration Suite which is a low cost, easy to use alternative to Microsoft Exchange Server which is simply far too expensive and too difficult to administer for most SMEs/SMBs.
